Both Compost FBX and Green Star of Interior Alaska have missions and passions which share three common objectives: Reduce waste, Reuse what can be reused, and Recycle everything else.  Waste reduction week was conceived with the goal of raising awareness of our individual missions and getting the community involved in waste reduction.
