Big weekend for activities in Fairbanks, and we will be at 2 of them!
Fri – Sunday – Earth Day activities
Earth Day activities run from now until Monday – Green Star will be tabling at the Fair and Makers Market on Saturday, April 20th from Noon to 4:00 at Barnett Magnet School. We are joined by literally dozens of other organizations, businesses and crafters for a wide range of activities, workshops, demonstrations and products available for all ages. In addition to the events listed you can also enjoy an art and poetry walk displayed at Creamers Field, and a picnic at UAF on Monday, April 22nd from Noon to 4:00 at Wood Center Patio.
Sat – KTVF Summer Activity Fair
Some of our ReUse IT crew https://iagreenstar.org/reuse-it-programs/ ) will be at the KTVF Fairbanks Summer Activity Fair Saturday the 20th from 11-3 at Big Dipper. We will have hands-on computer-building demonstrations, exhibits, discounts on our Rebuild IT build-your-own-PC classes for kids, door prizes and more!
