Used Cooking Oil
Identification: Cooking oil is commonly used in households and restaurants as a means to cook or fry foods. Used cooking oil includes animal- or plant-based liquid or semi-solid oil that is no longer fit for human consumption.
Preparation: For quantities of one gallon or more, place in a sealed and labeled container. Do not mix with other waste. Household cooking oil in quantities less than one gallon may be disposed of at the landfill with your trash. However, options for reuse and re-purposing are available.

Items not accepted: explosives, medical, radioactive, and unidentified wastes are not accepted
