Summer activities mean more waste
As the thaw of Spring begins in earnest and the promise of warmer weather, more light and the free time of summer begins to fill our children’s imaginations, we thought it would be worth reminding everyone to help our kids think responsibly about waste as they enjoy their time off.
Our classroom and at-home activities offer some great ways to keep your kids thinking responsibly about how they handle the waste they produce, and how to reduce it where possible. Included in the list is our FREE Earth Day Every Day Middle School Curriculum, which is full of lessons and activities for educators and students alike about the importance of reducing waste, reusing what can be reused, and recycling everything else possible.
