Start anywhere – it all matters
Getting a recycling program going in your workplace is not as complicated as you may think. Especially if you start small. A great way too do that is by borrowing one or more of our recycling bins. And that’s free!
Our bins can be placed in break rooms, lobbies, retail, anywhere you already collect trash. Offering employees and patrons the opportunity to recycle has never been easier!
Free? What’s the catch?
We only ask 3 favors in return for loaning the bins:
- “If you break it, you bought it” (we have not had any bins lost or broken yet, but if you’re the one, we want to know you’ll pony up for replacement)
- You will actually take the recyclable material you collect to the FNSB Central Recycling Facility.
- If you stop collecting recyclables, let us know so we can lend the bin(s) out to someone else.
It really is that simple.
What can be collected?
Our bins are designed to help you collect aluminum beverage cans as well as plastic bottles and jugs #1 & #2 (clean, empty and without lids). Of course, we hope you are also recycling all of you paper products, electronics, cardboard, etc. but the bins are designed plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
Start with one – or go all in
You don’t have to start with plastic and aluminum collection – you can choose one or the other to get the program started. We are happy to loan you more bins once you know you want them. We even have some lids which say “Aluminum cans only” if that is where you want to begin
